Southeast Extrusion designs and manufactures single and multi-element candle filters for the most demanding filtration applications.  All of our candle filter housings are manufactured in the US, from the highest quality solid steel forgings…ensuring consistent heat transfer and the most robust design in the industry!  Housings can be electrically heated, or jacketed for hot oil heating. 

Screen Changers

Southeast Extrusion manufactures custom designed continuous and discontinuous screen changers, for plastics extrusion, polymer compounding and polymerization of most materials.  Our tight tolerances and seal-less design provide for an exceptionally safe and maintenance friendly unit! 

Polymer Gear Pumps

Gear pumps have been proven to significantly increase production in the polymer extrusion process, by as much as 30%!  Southeast Extrusion gear pumps are designed and manufactured to the tightest industry tolerances, to ensure maximum performance of an extrusion line!

Static Mixers

Southeast Extrusion is a leading supplier of high-shear and reverse-helical static mixers, to thoroughly blend the melt stream of most extruded materials.  We utilize the highest grades of stainless steel in our mixing elements, and extremely tight bore to element tolerances.  Barrels are custom designed and US manufactured from solid steel forgings.
